If Internet explorer doesn't open Try these with any version of Internet Explorer:
1. Open Task manager, kill any or all instances of iexplore.exe (there may be many)
2. Click on Start -> Run.
3. In the Run window type "iexplore" (without quotes) and click on Ok.
4. Internet explorer window should open now.

Reset Internet explorer
Try following steps to Reset IE:

1. Close any Internet explorer windows open on the PC.
2. Click on Start -> Run -> type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes) and click on "Ok".
3.Click on "Advanced" tab on Internet explorer properties window.
4.Click on "Reset" and "Reset Advanced settings" .
5. Go to "Security" tab, click on "Reset all zones to default level".

2. Click on Start ->Run ->type "regsvr32 mshtml.dll" (without quotes) and click on Ok.
3. Click on Start ->Run ->type "regsvr32 shdocvw.dll" (without quotes) and click on Ok.
4. Reboot the PC and try to print from IE.
Firefox doesn't open Try these with any version of Firefox:

6. If issue persists, click on Start -> Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> open Mozilla Firefox (safe mode).
7. Select "Reset Toolbars and controls" and "Reset all user preferences to firefox default" and click on "Make changes and resetart". Firefox window should open now.
Uninstalling IE 7
Windows XP
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type %windir%\ie7\spuninst\spuninst.exe, and then click OK.
3. Follow the wizard instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 7.
Windows Vista
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click on "Programs and Features" icon.
3. In the left pane click on "Turn On or OFF windows features".
4. Unselect "Internet Explorer" and follow the wizard instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer
Uninstalling IE 8
Windows XP
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type %windir%\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe, and then click OK
